The Team at Last Mile Communications Partners (LMC) congratulates SDC Capital Partners (SDC) on their recently acquired majority interest in Consolidated Smart Systems (CSS) (dba Smartaira). Based in Los Angeles, Smartaira has been a long-term broadband leadership company serving multi-dwelling units throughout the LA metro area and other key markets within California, as well as Phoenix, AZ.
LMC played a diligence role within this transaction, for SDC.
Smartaira has been led for many years by a strong management team, headed by the company’s CEO, Dan Terheggen, and look poised to move strongly towards the future with SDC.
